I'd just like to point out something... A few years back I actually read an article in Cosmo about guys preference with make-up and what was discovered in the article wasn't really that shocking to females but maybe to guys... A picture of the same woman but vary levels of make-up was shows to men in the survey and they were asked to pick the picture they found the most attractive. The thing was, in the picture that was chosen, the model actually had a lot of make-up on. What they discovered was that men do in fact, like women to wear make-up however they like more natural styles. So bright and vivid colors are for nightlife only ladies.

As for me, during the week I'm lazy as crap... BB cream and cat eye black eyeliner on the top of my lid and I'm good to go... However on the weekends, I love to dress up and you know what? I get more attention dressed up in heels and armed with my arsenal of fancy eye make-up and subtle lipstick shades than I ever catch wearing minimal make-up, jeans and t-shirt... Just saying.

thick eye shadow can be quite scary sometimes.
Idk, I'd prefer girls without makeup, or with really light makeup.. just saying x)

The general con-census of most men is that we do not mind makeup at all. In fact, you can assume when using basic concealer and natural tones we can't even tell. I promote looking glamorous whenever the occasion calls, and would assume that when you want to look like a pelican, it is Halloween.

Blusky has it entirely correct... Basically most you men out there can't even really tell if we're wearing make-up or not half the time or not haha. As long as we use natural tones, you all think it's 'natural' lol

Good looking women with heavy make up are nice to look at esp for magazine or on tv screens but when it comes to dating, generally asian guys might reassess the criteria for a girlfriend or wife. If the girl is too hot, it's not just intimidating, she will also attract truckloads of suitors which is not stable for any couple. :S

just too much sometimes makes a girl look worse, eyeliner is nice though

It doesn't have to do with race, at all. Too much is just too much, any race  When I read the topic, I've also seen Asian girls with THICK make up just as non Asian. It's hideous to look at, but then again, it is on any girl really... I only have mascara myself and a very thin eyeliner , it's just to have something instead of nothing, I'm sure many girls agree.
