Hotel on The Corner of Bitter and Sweet by Jamie Ford. It's about about the love and friendship between Henry Lee, a Chinese American boy, and Keiko Okabe, a Japanese American girl, during the internment in World War II.

We Where Here by Matt de la Pena it's about a boy who got in trouble with the law. He and 2 other boys run away from the group home and learn a valuable lesson and about each other along the way.

I just finished reading Pablo Neruda's Twenty Love Poems and a Song of Despair, and started reading Donny Gluckstein's The Nazis, Capitalism and the Working Class. I think this is very crucial work to read in aftermath of Donald Trump's victory, and potential rise of right-wing populism and nationalism.

"Fingerprints of the Gods" by Graham Hancock

In search for a possible lost civilisation that might explaine the gap of knowledge we have about monuments, myths and ancient astronomy. Really fascinating.

Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides

I enjoyed the beginning since it reminded me a lot of Midnights children but then it deteriorated from there
